Return Policy:

Dubai Audio has a 15 day return policy for most items. Specific return periods may apply for certain types of items, while other items are not returnable unless there is a problem with their quality. Unfortunately, unless otherwise stated, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange on the following item categories:

 

  • Headphones
  • Speakers
  • Accessories

 

Returns should be made within 15 days of your purchase in original, undamaged packaging. An item being returned should also be returned with any accessories, manuals and items that may have been bundled with the item.

 

If the product is not returned in its entirety, or if the packaging is damaged, or accessories are missing, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 25% of the original selling price from the refund amount, which will take the form of store credit.

 

Warranty Policy:

 

– One-year manufacturer’s warranty

– Physical damage to items are not covered under warranty

– Warranty on applicable products becomes invalid if the product(s) has been opened or tampered with by an unauthorised person/other service centre.

– Please retain your sales invoice to claim warranty

 

Shipping Policy

 

Local

We deliver across the UAE and specific countries within the GCC (UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait & Oman) using UPS. For Saudi Arabia and Qatar please drop us an e-mail at info@dubaiaudio.com.

 

Taxes and duties are calculated according to the applicable laws of the state or country an item is shipped to.

 

International

We are unable to ship internationally.
