Occasionally, an artist emerges capable of weaving many creative disciplines into one - as adept at crafting stories from the written word as they are taking us on new and novel journeys of musical discovery.
D-Bell is one such artist. A virtuosic 18-year-old producer and multi-disciplinary musician from Ukraine, he has already cultivated a deserved reputation for pushing creative boundaries to new, mind-bending levels. His latest project, “Intersection”, is an album inspired by and written to accompany his own epic fantasy novel of the same name. Entwined through both the album and novel is the concept of a mysterious and mystical jukebox, an ethereal monolith appearing across multiple dimensions, serving as the key to restoring the joy of music to lost worlds.
And on 22nd March, Dubai Audio is delighted to host D-Bell at our Dubai Hills Showroom for a special, one-of-a-kind listening experience. We’d love you to join us - together, we’ll use the Dubai Hills showroom as an immersive backdrop to celebrate and explore this remarkable creative work through a selection of carefully selected and truly world-class listening systems. An Immersive Listening Experience
Throughout the new album, D-Bell seeks to bring the words of his novel to life through sound. Each track represents a different dimension and chapter of the book’s narrative, spanning a remarkable selection of genres including jazz, pop, progressive rock, and full-scale orchestral and operatic classical music.
D-Bell will join us at our Dubai Hills showroom to walk us through each movement, and answer your questions. Together, we’ll experience the full creative force of this stunning work, through a series of unrivaled music systems featuring some of the most revered brands and components in high performance audio.
Our Dubai Audio showroom will be carefully tailored to mirror the themes found throughout Intersection’s tracks and pages. Guests will be invited to travel between worlds, moving with each track to a new system and experience - from our Home Cinema Room, to our McIntosh & Sonus faber presentation system, flagship omnidirectional MBL system, and more. Each system has been chosen to tease out the unique magic of the track it will reproduce, revealing every nuance of the rich sonic landscape created by D-Bell.

About D-Bell & Intersection
Now based in Dubai, Ukrainian-born D-Bell is a songwriter, performer and producer with a musical reputation way beyond his 18 years. To create “Intersection”, he collaborated with over 17 of the region’s most talented artists and musicians, working out of a carefully selected lineup of world-renowned music studios - including Dubai’s Firdaus Studio and Al Watan Studio.
To construct an album sweeping in scope and scale, D-Bell utilised some of the world’s most revered recording studios across multiple continents. Closer to home, D-Bell cut tracks and mixed “Intersection” in two world-class Dubai studios - Firdaus Studio and Al Watan Studio.
Inspired by and written to elevate the work of his own fantasy novel, “Intersection”, a central theme of the project focuses on a mystical, mysterious jukebox, which spans dimensions throughout the book, serving as the key to restoring music to lost worlds.
Beyond composing, songwriting, and mixing the album, D-Bell has also designed these jukeboxes in an architectural program, complete with specifications for real-world construction. Throughout the evening, you’ll have an opportunity to explore these in deeper detail.
