WHAT IS TABBY?
Tabby is a payments platform that provides customers with a Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) service, credit card installments service and/or a Cashback service. With Tabby, you can split the total purchase amount into 4 interest-free monthly payments for purchases made online or in-store.
HOW DO I USE TABBY?
Choose your desired products and proceed for payment. At the checkout page, you will see Tabby as an option for payment, along with the standard methods like CREDIT/DEBIT CARD, APPLE PAY etc. You will be directed to the Tabby website to register and provide payment details. If you’re an existing user of Tabby, simply verify your account and complete your order. Please note, all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Tabby, and the bag value can go up to AED 10,000.
HOW DOES THE TABBY PAYMENT SCHEDULE WORK?
Dubai Audio offers the following payment option for Tabby: - 4 interest free payments on debit/credit cards: This is a 3-month installment option which is split into 4 payments. The first payment is a 50% down payment deducted at the time of check-out and the remaining 3 payments are split equally over the next 3 months. With this option the customers can use any debit/credit card and no amount is blocked on their card. The maximum transaction limit for this option is AED 10,000

Products up to the price of AED 10,000. All eligible products will have a Tabby indicator on the product page.
AM I ELIGIBLE TO USE TABBY?
Your eligibility to use Tabby’s payment services depend on various factors such as: 1. you are living in the UAE and have a permanent residential address 2. you are 18 years of age or older 3. you have an active email account registered in your name 4. you have an active mobile phone number registered in your name 5. you have provided all your information and documentation requested by Tabby during signup 6. your credit-worthiness and history of transactions 7. you declare that any payment obligations arising from your purchase will be met by you pursuant to the payment terms agreed at the time of purchase. IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MUCH I CAN SPEND ON A SINGLE TABBY TRANSACTION?
Yes, the limit will depend upon the Tabby payment options you choose at the time of checkout. For interest free payments on credit/ debit cards, the limit is AED 10,000. CAN I PAY OFF MY FIRST FOUND OF INSTALLMENTS IMMEDIATELY? Yes, you can manage all of your payments through your Tabby account page.
TABBY ORDER CONFIRMATION & CANCELLATION
Tabby does not approve every order made using its payment options. They may, in their sole discretion, not provide the installment feature to you, or cancel an approved order before the goods or services are delivered or supplied. Some of the ways to increase the chances of getting approved are: 1. Make sure you have only one Tabby account created 2. A good payment history with Tabby 3. Paying off any negative balances on unpaid purchases 4.Ensuring that the cart amount is not too high
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH TABBY?
If you would like to return your goods for any reason, kindly contact Dubai Audio for assistance. Until we confirm the return of the goods, or the relevant refund or part refund, you will remain liable for the full payment of the goods. During this time, Tabby may continue to process any installment payments in accordance with the dates set out in your Payment Schedule. If Dubai Audio offers you the refund in the form of a credit at the store, Tabby will continue to bill you for upcoming payments.

The due dates in your payment plan are predetermined and cannot be changed.

Payment plans are automatically determined by our system, taking into consideration multiple factors such as the total price of the ordered item and the store’s agreement with Tamara.
Currently, payment plans cannot be adjusted or changed.
