TRACTRIX PORT
Utilizing Tractrix geometry, the Reference Premiere port allows for the most efficient, fastest air transfer from the cabinet, which reduces port noise for punchier low frequencies and cleaner, more powerful bass.

BI-WIRING BI-AMPING CAPABILITY
Dual input terminals on the RP-8000F II for bi-wiring / bi-amping capabilities separate high and low-frequency current into different speaker cables, reducing distortion for clearer midrange. Bi-amping allows for further optimization of performance with separate outboard power amplifiers for the high frequency and low-frequency drivers.

JUST ADD DOLBY ATMOS
Upgrading to immersive Dolby Atmos sound with the RP-500SA speakers is incredibly easy with simple, hidden connections on the back of the speakers. These refined connections reduce wire visibility while holding them in place for better wire management.

M-80 Power Amplifier Description:

POWERING THE MUSIC THAT MOVES YOU
The M-80 uses a three-stage Inverted Darlington Amplifier. The three-stage Inverted Darlington Amplifier has a very low output impedance and drives speakers powerfully with a large current. Also, by keeping NFB (Negative Feedback) low, it is not affected by
noise from the speaker. It offers a powerful yet highly resolving and informative sound.The M-80’s output stage transistors are in parallel configuration, which provides excellent instantaneous current supply capability, further enhancing the rise of sound and the sense of power. The driver stage of the M-80 amplifier uses DIDRC (Dynamic Intermodulation Distortion Reduction Circuitry). Reducing beats generated signals(noise) in the ultra-high frequency band by DIDRC’s high slew rate design and helps produce the natural sound of an analog record.

CUTTING EDGE COMPONENTRY FOR CAPTIVATING PLAYBACK
The M-80 housing consists of two aluminum side panels and a steel top panel. The three-piece construction of the housings increases rigidity and improves seismic resistance. Various vibrations are suppressed and sound quality is improved.

The M-80 has an output power of 130w (8ohm, 20-20kHz, THD 0.07%, 2ch driven) / 200w (4ohm, 1kHz, THD 0.7%, 2ch driven) which allows it to powerfully drive large speakers and bring you dynamic acoustic information. For example, Klipsch Forte speakers paired with the P-80 and M-80 would maximize the dynamic and extended sound of the Forte.

Horn loading maximizes efficiently and increases detail while focusing high frequencies towards the listening area. Proprietary Tractrix® geometry provides the most efficient transfer of high frequency waves into the listening area. The phase plug and compressed molded silicon face ensure smooth frequency response. When combined, the cleanest, most natural sound possible is created. The second generation increases horn size for a larger soundstage and enhanced directivity.

Klipsch Tractrix ports have custom designed inner flares that help reduce air turbulence entering the port. Less turbulent air helps reduce port noise for cleaner, more powerful bass.

BI-WIRING / BI-AMPING CAPABILITY
Dual input terminals for bi-wiring / bi-amping capabilities. Bi-wiring separates high and low frequency current into separate speaker cables, reducing intermodulation distortion, for clearer midrange. Bi-amping allows for customization using outboard crossovers when using separate amplifiers.

Additional bracing and a divided cabinet have been added to minimize cabinet resonances and vibration, for the utmost transparency and clarity.

When Fidelity IQ (Auto Loudness function) is turned on, the system automatically provides optimal audio playback according to any volume in conjunction with the master volume (This function operates independently of Tone Control and can be used in conjunction with Tone Control / Parameters are generated for the viewing environment using the setup microphone during initial setup). This Fidelity IQ goes beyond correcting loudness characteristics.
