Compared to the previous SOUNDBOKS generations, the SOUNDBOKS Go has chosen a more compact and lighter design. This means that it only needs a 1×10” woofer and a 1×1” silk dome tweeter to give you concert-level experiences, all the while making it more portable. But what about the bass? Coming in at only 9.2 kg The SOUNDBOKS Go delivers an audio performance that surprises most. At almost a third the size of SOUNDBOKS Gen 3., the SOUNDBOKS Go delivers 119 dB at max volume - pounding bass to crisp highs from 40Hz - 20kHz. On top of that, the SOUNDBOKS GO possesses a Bass Enhancer DSP. A custom software, that boosts the bass and the loudness of the SOUNDBOKS Go. To ensure maximum efficiency and durability we’ve also given the tweeter temperature protection. This unique tweeter temperature protection algorithm, in the amplifier, ensures that the tweeter driver will never get too hot or malfunction.
In order to TeamUP with multiple speakers, you need to manually select a “HOST” and set the remaining speakers to “JOIN” mode. 1. Select your HOST by turning your SOUNDBOKS Go on. 2. Press the orange connect button until the HOST LED lights up. 3. Set the other speakers to JOIN by pressing the connect button as well. Now your TeamUP is complete. Simply connect to your HOST via Bluetooth and start listening to your favorite tracks through multiple speakers. The button marked with two arrows, which you’ll find closely placed on top of the connect button, is the “Bond” button of the SOUNDBOKS Go. This button controls the deeper features of the JOIN mode. When your speaker is in JOIN mode it will have a green list, which will remember your favorite transmitters. 1. Green - indicates that you are joined with one of your favorites or hunting for one. In order for this to happen simply press and hold the bond button or let it automatically be added by listening to the given unit for more than 30 minutes. To remove it from the green list press the bond button twice. 2. Amber - indicates that your speaker is exploring for new possible HOST’s that aren’t on our green list yet.
