When delivering orders and collecting returns, our drivers are regularly washing their hands and carrying hand sanitiser. We are monitoring their health and wellbeing so they are able to do their job to the highest standard. Our fleet of vans are also being disinfected daily, and deep cleaned once a week to maintain upmost cleanliness. Deliveries will now be arranged up to 3 times per week.

How to Shop

How do I make a purchase?

Making a purchase is easy. Wherever you see a product you can shop it: simply select your Products and click ‘Add to Bag’. Your chosen item will appear in your shopping bag on the top right of the screen; as you continue to shop or browse the site you can hover over or click on the bag to see its contents in the “mini bag” at any time. When you’re ready to place your order, select Proceed to Checkout from the mini bag and follow the straight forward prompts to complete our simple checkout process. Can I order by telephone?

Presently, we do not accept orders over the phone.

How do I find a specific product?

If you know the product you are looking for, you can search our online store by product category under the Shop menu, or by brand under the Brand menu. You will find further filter options on the left hand-side menu on the Shop page. Throughout the site there is also a search function in the top right-hand corner.

How do I know if a product is in stock?

Most items shown are in stock. When you roll over a product, the ‘Quick View’ button allows you to see a brief description and availability. If a product is sold out and we will no longer receive this item again, the product will be removed from our page. If a ‘Backorder’ sign appears above the product, this means the item is temporarily out of stock. You can choose to wait for us to receive stocks or place a backorder which requires 50% deposit payment at time of order and 50% upon arrival of your order. New release products that are not yet in stock are marked ‘Pre-Order’: you can pre-book your unit similarly to back ordering by paying a 50% deposit as quantities are limited. Alternatively, you can inform us of your interest by contacting Customer Care on +971 4 343 1441. Please note that even if a product is in your shopping bag, it isn’t reserved, and will be available to other customers while you are browsing.

For security purposes, please be informed that you will never receive a call from us asking for your debit or credit card details.

Is it safe to use my credit card online at DUBAIAUDIO.COM?

We work hard to ensure your purchase is safe and secure. For your protection, all orders go through a rigorous fraud-checking process.

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted by using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology and 3D Secure Authentication.

Order Verification

Orders may be subject to payment verification. For the protection of our customers, we want to ensure that every order we ship out is authorised by the cardholder. If your order is placed on hold, we will reach out to you immediately to ensure that any delays are minimal. DUBAIAUDIO.COM reserves the right to report any fraudulent purchase activity detected on its servers.


Can I pick up my purchase from your showroom?

Yes, upon check out you are given the option to collect your online purchase from our showroom in Dubai. These orders will be given in person owner of the card holder used in making these purchase. Our location is given at the footer of our page as well as our ‘Contact’ page. Alternatively, you can find our location on Google Maps.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver across the UAE and specific countries within the GCC: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman & Saudi Arabia using DHL.

Taxes & Duties

Taxes and duties are calculated upon checkout according to the applicable laws of the state or country an item is shipped to and are the customer’s responsibility.

Do you deliver internationally?

We are unable to ship internationally.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped using our delivery partner, UPS, throughout the week between 8:30AM – 5:30PM, except for Friday.

Am I able to track my order?

Yes. When we dispatch your order for delivery, you will receive a unique tracking number by email. Once in receipt of this tracking number you can check the current status of your shipment via UPS tracking website or through the link provided in your registered email address . Alternatively you can email us on and we will track the order on your behalf.

Processing Time.

We always aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours pending product availability and credit verification, we make it our business to ensure a timely delivery of your order.

Can I exchange my order?

If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item(s), in their unopened, original packaging and condition and then place a new order. You will be credited your balance amount in the form of a voucher, which will enable you to purchase a replacement item quickly and seamlessly. The voucher will have a 6 month expiry date.

Can I return / refund an item?

Items(s) once sold will not be refunded. Exchange within 7 days if the item(s) is unopened and in its original packaging & condition. An item being returned should also be returned with any accessories, manuals and items that may have been bundled with the item.

FYI: Returned items will be credited excluding the original cost of shipping and can take up to 14 working days to process.

How do I keep my account safe?

In order to keep your DUBAIAUDIO.COM account safe, we recommend you follow the simple steps below.

How do I buy a Gift Card?

Gift Cards can be purchased at DUBAIAUDIO.COM. A Gift Cards link can be found at the footer of DUBAIAUDIO.COM.

Once you’ve selected the Gift Card option, select your preferred value from the menu, write an optional personal message and it will arrive directly into your recipient’s inbox.

Gift Cards are exempt from customs duties and taxes. Gift Card(s)-only orders are delivered free of charge. Standard delivery charges apply when a Gift Card or Gift Cards are purchased in a mixed basket with other products. Gift Cards can only be purchased with a debit or credit card; account credit cannot be used to buy a Gift Card. If your order exceeds your credit value, any remaining balance must be paid for by credit or debit card.

How do I activate my Gift Card?

Sign in or register to activate your Gift Card. Once you’ve signed in, go to ‘My Account’ and click ‘My Credits’, where you’ll find ‘Activate Your Gift Card Credit’. Here you enter your unique activation code. There is no limit to the number of Gift Cards you can activate on your account. You can check your balance at any time online within ‘My Credits’ in the ‘My Account’ section. If your order exceeds your credit value, any remaining balance can be paid for by credit or debit card.

What do I do if my Gift Card is lost, stolen or damaged?

DUBAIAUDIO.COM is not responsible if your Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.

Gift Cards cannot be returned, exchanged for cash, refunded and are non-transferable. All returned items that were paid for with a Gift Card will be refunded as account credit, which can be redeemed against future orders.

DUBAIAUDIO.COM reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card if we deem such action necessary.


Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed against all products on DUBAIAUDIO.COM.


What is your warranty policy?

– One year manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated by the relevant brand.
– Physical damage to items are not covered under warranty.
– Warranty on applicable products becomes invalid if the product(s) has been opened or tampered with by an unauthorised person / other service centre.
