Points are not earned on:

• Discounted or promotional items

• Sale or clearance products

• Bundle offers or special pricing

• Purchases made using loyalty points, store credit, vouchers, or gift cards

• Any items explicitly marked as non-eligible for rewards

Purchases that benefit from a discount, promotional pricing, or exclusive offer are not eligible to earn loyalty points unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Loyalty points may be redeemed on future purchases of full-price items only. Points cannot be redeemed against discounted, promotional, or sale items and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Dubai Audio reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the loyalty rewards program or its terms at any time without prior notice.
