Yes, upon check out you are given the option to select which one of our two showrooms you would prefer to collect your order from. The order will be handed over to the cardholder responsible for the purchase. Our showroom locations are given at the footer of our page as well as our ‘Contact’ page. Alternatively, you can find our location on Google Maps.
We deliver across the UAE and the following countries within the GCC: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.
Taxes and duties are calculated according to the applicable laws of the state or country an item is shipped to and are the responsibility of the customer upon arrival.
Orders are shipped using our delivery partners DHL throughout the week between 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, except for Friday.
Yes. When we dispatch your order for delivery, you will receive a unique tracking number by email. Once in receipt of this tracking number, you can check the current status of your shipment via the DHL tracking website or through the link provided in your registered email address. Alternatively, you can email us at support@dubaiaudio.com and we will track the order on your behalf.
