In the interest of hygiene, Dubai Audio will be unable to exchange or refund any headphones/earphones that have been opened and used.

If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item(s), in their unopened, original packaging and condition. Once received, we will contact you to confirm approval. You will be credited your balance amount in the form of store credit, which will enable you to purchase a replacement item quickly and seamlessly. The voucher will have a 12-month validity period.

Requests to return an unopened and unused product must be submitted to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order or invoice number, the reason for the request and photographs where relevant.

All returns require prior written authorisation from Dubai Audio. Once authorised, the product must reach us within seven days.

To be considered for return, the product must be: - unused, unopened and uninstalled;

- in its original, undamaged packaging; and

- complete with all accessories, cables, manuals, labels and documentation.

Our products are not supplied on a trial or temporary-use basis. Products that have been opened, connected, used, installed, configured, activated or registered are not eligible for return unless they are confirmed to be defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Return authorisation does not constitute approval of a refund or exchange, which remains subject to inspection. Products returned incomplete, damaged or in a condition that affects their value may be declined or subject to an appropriate deduction, where permitted by law.

Premium, Elite, and Limited Edition Collections must be returned to us unused with the plastic protective cover on the units, unopened, and in its original packaging including the warranty, presentation box, and any additional packaging. As these items are highly collectible, please only remove the protective cover and packaging once you are certain that you wish to keep them.

Refunds will only be processed after the item(s) returned have been approved. After approval, each order is studied on a case-by-case basis with store credit being our primary refund method. Item(s) with damaged original packaging will be liable to a restocking fee. With store credit, the full refund value will be credited to your Dubai Audio Account where you can track, manage and spend the full refund value towards future purchases. You will receive a refund of all applicable taxes when returning your purchase. Shipping costs and customs fees are non-refundable. If you have paid using Postpay, your refund will be processed in accordance with the vendor's terms and conditions.

Rewards accrued on a returned purchase will be debited from your account. Rewards will accrue on replacement items where applicable. Returned purchases that were paid for using rewards will receive a refund in their rewards account. Please note that for systems reasons, in order to receive rewards points, guest check-out customers will need to create a website account and be registered users with us.

All products must be returned/refunded in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place (if applicable). This also includes all packaging, accessories, and authenticity cards, etc. We reserve the right not to accept any return/refund if the product shows signs of use or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way, or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly. For example, we may make a reduction in the following circumstances: the product(s) have been opened, used, or damaged. You will be informed if we propose to reduce your refund for this reason. In this instance, you may (as an alternative to us providing you with a reduced refund) choose to have the products sent back to you at your own expense. Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
